This notice covers the 9x9 Games studio website. The games have their own save and access behavior; this page does not describe a game’s privacy practices.
Contact and updates are for grown-ups
Please use an adult’s email address. Don’t send a child’s full name, school, photos, game saves or other personal information.
The online forms are not connected to a submission service yet. Until they are connected, they cannot send or register a request. You can email hello@9x9games.com instead. We use the message and return address to respond to your request. Asking about a game does not automatically subscribe you to updates.
When online forms become available
The signup form will send your adult email address, selected games, role and update/playtest preferences to our chosen form service. The contact form will send your email and message. We will name that service and update this notice before enabling either form. These details are not saved in your browser by this site.
For email updates, you can ask us to stop by writing to hello@9x9games.com. You can also contact us there to ask about removing a message or an update request.
A small preference on your device
The interactive color board saves its square colors in your browser’s local storage under 9x9:board. Those colors stay on your device. Clearing this site’s browser data resets them. This site does not add advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Fonts and artwork are served with the website.
Hosting
Like other websites, the hosting provider receives basic technical information needed to serve pages, such as your IP address and browser request. This website is hosted by Cloudflare Workers Static Assets. Online forms are not connected to a submission service; we will update this notice before enabling them.
